What is Harvie Kitchen?

Harvie Kitchen is a staff-run program that makes prepared foods, meals, cut cheeses and more out of the same local ingredients that you purchase on Harvie. The Kitchen purchases directly from local farmers, allowing us to expand our local impact. It also uses surplus from our warehouse, transforming a bruised pear into a shrub or extra okra into a gumbo that you can heat up for dinner on a busy weeknight.
