At Harvie, a big part of our mission is to make shopping local easier than shopping from the big box stores. One of the ways we do this is through our cart pre-fill algorithm.
How is my cart pre-filled?
At the beginning of your shopping window, Harvie will pre-fill your cart with product suggestions. Our algorithm uses your frequent purchases and popular items for the week to suggest items. This is meant to be a jumping-off point for your shopping- you can always add and subtract products as long as you’re above your minimum.
Your cart will be pre-filled up to your average purchase value over the last 4 deliveries. This is meant to reserve all of your regularly purchased items in your cart when your shopping window opens. Ie. If you’ve regularly been shopping ~$100 a week, your cart will be prefilled with $100 of suggested items!
